Membership Terms and Conditions

​

1. Membership Fee:

• The membership fee for joining the society is fellow £ 1500, Affiliate £ 1000, Associate £ 750, and Basic £ 500.

• Under the Member Get Member (MGM) scheme, the membership fee for developing countries is reduced to Fellow £ 490, Affiliate £ 290, Associate  £190, and Basic membership £ 90.

2. Member Get Member (MGM) Scheme:

• The MGM scheme is designed to encourage existing members to introduce new members to the society.

• The fee for new members joining under the MGM scheme will be paid by introducer, nomination provider.

3. Responsibilities of the Introducer/Nomination Provider:

• The introducer, also known as the nomination provider, must be a current member of the society.

• The introducer is responsible for submitting the membership form for the new member, along with all required documentation and information.

• The membership fee for the new member must be paid by the introducer at the time of submission.

4. Application Process:

• The introducer must complete and submit the membership application form on behalf of the new member.

• The form must be filled out accurately and completely, including all necessary personal information and any additional documentation required by the society.

• The membership fee payment must accompany the application form.

5. Acceptance of Membership:

• The society reserves the right to review and approve all membership applications.

• Acceptance into the society is not guaranteed and is subject to meeting all criteria set forth by the society.

• If an application is rejected, the membership fee will be refunded to the introducer.

6. Membership Benefits:

• Upon acceptance, new members will receive all the benefits and privileges afforded to society members.

• Membership benefits are subject to change and may vary based on the society’s current offerings.

7. Termination and Renewal:

• Membership is subject to annual renewal.

• Members must adhere to the society’s rules and regulations. Non-compliance may result in termination of membership.

• Membership fees are non-refundable once the application has been accepted and processed.

8. Data Protection:

• Personal information provided during the membership application process will be used in accordance with the society’s privacy policy.

• The society is committed to protecting the privacy and security of members' personal information.

9. Amendments:

• The society reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

• Members will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions via the society’s official communication channels.
